Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our Exchange/Refund policy is actually depending on your payment method:

  • Cash On Delivery: when you choose paying when recieving, we cannot accept refund requests unfortunately, and that is because at the moment we do not have the amount you paid in Yalidine it takes 1-2 weeks until we can pick it up. That is why we only can exchange your product for another equivalent in our store, you can place another order and put “exchange” in the address field so we know its an exchange request.
  • EDDAHABIA/CIB cards: full refund at the exact time you request the refund. Or if you want an exchange, you can place another order and put “exchange” in the address field so we know its an exchange request.

if the mistake was made from our part, we will cover all shipping and delivery taxes, if you made a mistake in choosing your size, did not confirm your measurements (they are always in every product description), you will pay for shipping only.

if the product you recieved is not what you were expecting,

  • for Cash On Delivery clients: we can exchange it for another product from our store, if you did not find what you were looking for, we can negociate a partial refund, and remember you are an online buyer, so feel free to ask about any aspect of the product such as, how it was made, where, what is it your product was made of, tissue quality, and factory working conditions…etc
  • for EDDAHABIA/CIB clients: full refund and return of the item at the exact time the request was made

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded. secondhand items such as products in our “Save the Planet” category, because of their already used nature which they may or may not have some signs of usage. we include all related information about the state of our products in the description, so if you are willing to buy from “save the planet” category you should consider this information please.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to Yalidine until we process it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 24 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an SMS at {0791005355}
